		<description>I didn&#039;t realize that real estate agents were so bloodthirsty! Wow, you must have a ton of RE&#039;s in your area that are not making money right now with the market the way it is right now. No wonder they are circling...

It probably would be nice to not have people tramping through the house during the holidays, but just I can just imagine how beautiful and inviting the house looks during Christmas time and it seems a shame to not show it then because how could someone not fall in love with it?</description>
